  1 Annual Report
  The annual report for the Tamala Park Regional Council (adopted by the TPRC Council at a meeting on 4 December 2008)
 
1 Audit Charter & Audit Plan
Section 7.1A of the Local Government Act requires each local government to appoint an Audit Committee comprising of at least 3 persons.
 
1 Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct provides elected members and staff in Local Government with consistent guidelines for an acceptable standard of professional conduct.
 
1 Delegation Register
The Local Government Act of 1995 provides that powers and duties generally vest with the ‘local government’ as a corporate entity.
The elected Council exercises the powers and discharges the duties of the local government through resolutions.
There are some specific powers or duties conferred by the Act upon the Chairman, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

 
1 Establishment Agreement
The objectives of the Tamala Park Regional Council as follows:

Develop and improve the value of the land.
4  Maximise, within prudent risk parameters, the financial return to the Participants.
4 Balance economic, social and environmental issues.
4  Produce a quality development demonstrating the best urban design and development practice.

Section 5.56 of the Local Government Act requires each local authority to prepare a Future Plan.

Government Gazette - 3 February 2006
The Council was established by proclamation in the Government Gazette on 3 February 2006.
 
1 Investment Policy

The objectives of the Investment policy are:

4 To undertake authorised investment of surplus funds after assessing credit risk and diversification limits.

4 To maximise earnings from authorised investments and ensure the security of Tamala Park Regional Council funds.
 

1 Procurement Policy
The objective of the Procurement Policy is to provide guidelines for adopting a value for money approach in procuring goods or services through quotes or public tender.
 
1 Structure Plan
The overriding vision is to create a quality residential estate, incorporating the most recent design, environmental and engineering initiatives, while recognising the unique opportunities presented by the site in the creation of a new residential community.
