About Us... The Council will be looking for innovation in providing services and urban design and every opportunity to demonstrate best practice energy use, conservation and the growth of a community that takes ownership of its environment while demonstrating strong values toward sustainability. More than 2,700 lots will be developed to feed the demand for housing in Perth’s northern corridor. Ease of access to the Clarkson Train Station, major road arteries and the area’s proximity to the Indian Ocean and Neerabup National Park are features that will add to the uniqueness of the urban development. The Council will consult widely with stakeholders and the wider community to identify and examine principles that should be incorporated in the overall design of the Tamala Park urban development.
The first stage of construction should
commence in 2008 and lots will be available to meet demand over
the project’s expected six-year life cycle. |
