Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2020 – 2025
At its meeting of 20 February 2020 the Tamala Park Regional Council (TPRC) adopted the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) for 2020 – 2025.
The DAIP sets out the TPRC’s commitment to deliver facilities, services and events that are open, available and accessible to the whole community, regardless of physical or intellectual ability, ethnicity, gender, age or any other perceived difference.
The aim of the DAIP is to provide a framework to improve access/services for all people in the community in relation to the following areas:
- Services/events
- Buildings/facilities
- Information
- Customer service
- Complaints
- Employment
